By accessing the ServiceTick website and creating a subscription to ServiceTick, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. You also agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.
If you are working on behalf of a client who has delegated authority to you to create/manage surveys, it is your responsibility to ensure that your client is aware of ServiceTick and the functions ServiceTick performs and the ServiceTick privacy policies.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or creating a user subscription to use ServiceTick.
ServiceTick is offered as a subscription-based service. The creation of a subscription requires the completion of a ServiceTick account registration process. You must provide accurate and complete information to ServiceTick Ltd as part of the ServiceTick account registration process.
On successful completion of the ServiceTick account registration process, you will be provided a username and password to use to access the ServiceTick reporting console. If you have not accessed or used a subscription to the ServiceTick free plan account for more than three months, ServiceTick Ltd may close down the account.
You will not share your ServiceTick account username and password with any other individual. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ServiceTick user account name and password. ServiceTick Ltd is not liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation. You should notify ServiceTick Ltd immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your ServiceTick account or any other breach of security.
You are solely responsible for any and all activities that relate to your ServiceTick account. You may not use ServiceTick for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any applicable laws.
From time to time, staff employed by ServiceTick Ltd may require access to your ServiceTick account and the information recorded within it for the purposes of product support, maintenance and enhancement. You hereby agree and authorize access to the data recorded within your account by ServiceTick Ltd staff for these purposes.
ServiceTick Ltd grants you a non-exclusive license allowing you to use ServiceTick for the duration of this agreement. The license granted shall start on the date the subscription account is created and continue until this agreement is terminated.
You agree and allow ServiceTick to collect, store and process data from your website.
At any point in time, some of the functionality available within ServiceTick may be changed, updated, enhanced or removed with the intention of improving the overall value created for users of the product and you acknowledge that these changes may be made.
You are not permitted to use ServiceTick to capture any sensitive information (such as credit card number; bank account number, etc). Failure to adhere to this may result in your account being immediately cancelled.
Data recorded by ServiceTick can be exported, sent as an email alert or automatically pushed to systems outside ServiceTick using the available API. You are responsible for ensuring that any data recorded by ServiceTick using these methods is sent to destinations that you have authorised.
ServiceTick currently offers free and paid plans. Whichever plan you choose you must agree to these Terms & Conditions. Each plan has a set allowance for the number of survey responses that are allowed in each calendar month. A survey response is counted when a user submits a survey successfully.
The paid plans will allow receipt of survey responses every month that payment is received. Any unused survey responses within the month are not carried forward to the next month.
You can change your plan (which will increase or decrease the number of survey responses you can receive per month) via our subscription page (available once you have logged in).
The monthly cost of using ServiceTick will be adjusted at the next monthly billing point to take account of the requested change.
All fees related to the use of ServiceTick are paid in advance and no fees are refundable.
If any fees related to the use of ServiceTick are unpaid and outstanding, ServiceTick Ltd reserves the right to close the ServiceTick subscription account and remove all associated user access accounts and recorded data.
You can cancel paid account and subscription at any time by contacting ServiceTick and requesting an account cancellation.
Your cancellation request will be processed within three working days and your account will be converted to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be taken after your cancellation request has been processed.
ServiceTick Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, for any reason to:
Refuse any new account subscription
Suspend or terminate any active account
Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions may result in the immediate termination of your ServiceTick account.
The materials on ServiceTick’s website are provided "as is". ServiceTick makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, ServiceTick does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall ServiceTick or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ServiceTick’s internet site, even if ServiceTick or a ServiceTick authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

ServiceTick does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
