The fourth in our series of blogs about making more of your customer feedback explains how you can use ServiceTick data to create dynamic and impactful insight reports. Using the ServiceTick/Zapier hub to integrate with Webmerge offers a simple way of generating automatic Powerpoint presentations that ensure insight is displayed in a memorable and persuasive way.
WebMerge is an online platform that allows you to easily source data, populate a document and send it to any contact automatically. So, for example, you could create a PowerPoint, Excel or Word document summarising the insight from your ServiceTick feedback programme and have it delivered daily, weekly or monthly to the people in your organisation who need to understand how your customers are feeling.
The first step is to build a PowerPoint template using your own brand livery and creating placeholders where dynamic data needs to be displayed (e.g. positive customer verbatim or survey scores). This template is then uploaded to WebMerge and the integration is configured. As customers respond to surveys feedback is passed to Zapier where it is automatically checked to see if it qualifies for inclusion in WebMerge.
WebMerge will self-create a PowerPoint presentation using your template and the relevant ServiceTick data. This document can then automatically be emailed to you or downloaded directly onto the secure WebMerge website. Other Microsoft Office documents, including Excel and Word, can be used to create dynamic reports delivered as and when you want them.
We live in a ‘time poor’ society and our workplaces are expecting us to ‘do more’. Many of our clients create regular presentations to share customer feedback KPIs with colleagues and at Board level. Reducing the time it takes to create these reports gives people more time to act on the findings. You can also set up several templates with different data feeds to ensure that reports meet the needs of different groups within your organisation. So you could have one report for the board, one for the digital team, one for the contact centre and one for each team.
We suggested in the title that presentations can be created in less than 5 minutes. In fact, once the template is built reports can be delivered with no effort at all - WebMerge and ServiceTick can do it all for you while you get on with other tasks.
