ServiceTick, the feedback company that helps some of the UK's largest companies keep a finger on the pulse of what their customers feel, has recruited Paul O’Brien to the new role of Technology and Innovation Director.

Paul has been working in software, mobile and the high technology industry for over 20 years in a wide variety of roles. A former Microsoft MVP, he is a regular contributor to a number of online and offline publications and has founded an online mobile community with nearly 1 million members. Most recently he has headed up a consultancy focusing on delivering innovative mobile solutions, primarily on Android but also on iOS and web. He maintains close relationships with the key players in the mobile and wearables industries.

At ServiceTick he will be bringing to bear his experience of system architecture, emerging technologies and mobile to ensure our ability to gather feedback from our clients’ customers remains as effective as ever.
