Flexible approach to pricing
We aim to offer a flexible approach to pricing for the use of ServiceTick and our commercial basis is reflective of the software-as-service model that exists within the marketplace.
For our standard product, there are minimal set-up fees and there are no on-going software maintenance or licence fees.
You pay on a monthly basis only for the features of the product you want to use and for the volume of activity processed by ServiceTick.
Access to the reporting console is included within the monthly charge and you can give an unlimited number of users access to your account.
Generally, there are no specific charges for account management or technical support used as part of implementing our solution or when the service is running on an on-going basis.
There is no minimum contract term although we do offer more competitive prices for longer-term arrangements, use of all of the product feature set and use across multiple sites.
