Our online web surveys can be configured to work in a number of different ways to meet your individual needs and requirements. For example, we can deliver a web survey via a dedicated microsite, web page form, pop-up or pop-under window.
Custom design
Web surveys can be custom designed to completely reflect your corporate identity, presented under ServiceTick's brand or co-branded using your identity working alongside ours.
Flexible, intelligent triggering of survey requests
Business rules can be defined to trigger survey requests for customer feedback at specific points before, during or after an online process has completed or on any entry or exit page.
The content of the survey presented to the customer can be intelligently tailored to reflect the exact point the customer has reached within a process and ensure the questions asked are most relevant to their situation. This gives you signficant flexibility to control exactly
who is targetted with a survey,
when they are requested and
what questions they are asked. Survey requests can be distributed for every customer that triggers a rule or only for pre-specified volumes of customers. Multiple surveys targetting different customers and business events can also be run concurrently.
Multiple question types and survey logic
Any type of web survey can be delivered using ServiceTick. We support multiple question types and our survey manager has the ability to describe simple or complex question logic with multiple routes through a survey based on the answers provided by the customer to the previous questions. We can also help you design your survey and use our experience and expertise to make it as effective as possible.
Collection of survey data all reported in real-time
ServiceTick will capture and store every bit of information given by a customer providing feedback - even if the survey is part-completed. As well as the answers to specific questions, ServiceTick can be set-up to capture extra information that is relevant to the customer's activity. For example, ServiceTick can also collect any data input to a web form before the survey was requested or a marketing campaign code associated with the source of the customer or internal reference details about the customer's online transaction such as a customer number.
All of the information collected by ServiceTick will be immediately available within our reporting console for
reporting and analysis. This can be used to view the results of every individual piece of customer feedback generated as well as aggregated results across all of the responses. Alerts based on the customer's response to individual questions or text provided in a verbatim can be configured to automatically flag an issue and allow pro-active recovery processes to be initiated.
Any size, any volume - all captured and stored securely
Our web survey solution is able to support any size of research activity - from simple activities collecting a small volume of responses to managing an enterprise wide programme for the collection of thousands of customer responses across multiple web sites on a regular basis. All of the data collected by ServiceTick will be captured under SSL encryption to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer and stored in our secure hosting environment.
