Customer experience management company, ServiceTick today announced that Aviva is the first company to use its new Social Advocate programmme. This allows positive comments from customer feedback to be instantly posted to Facebook and Twitter. It can also be used to generate special promotional offers based around the micro-audience of an individual’s social network.
