Wanted! Excellent Customer Service Manager

We're looking to hire a new Customer Service Manager to join our existing team. The main purpose of this role is to provide support and service directly to our new and existing clients that use the ServiceTick product for customer feedback across their call centres and web sites.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to work at the sharp end of our client engagements. 

As a Customer Service Manager, you will actively seek to develop good, effective working relationships with our clients ensuring they understand the full capability of our products and that we understand the full extent of their business objectives and detailed requirements.

You will work closely with other members of our Sales and Technical teams, to establish requirements, shape and deliver the solution, and set-up and train new end-users. Once implemented, you will continue to work with the client to understand how our solution is actually used and to make sure it remains effective; providing support and service as needed.

As part of this role, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and contribute to it's future development.
